We replace rotted wood and often fill smaller voids with epoxy or other extreme wood fillers before we paint outside. We do a lot of exterior repainting and replace rotted wood. We spray the reflective paint you might not have heard about in your attic. This lowers the temperature of the decking a full 40 degree! Unlike the foils, this simply sprays on and doesn't loose this ability due to dust the way foil can. This could be a good way to clean out the attic. |
